This made me really think. I don't think my ambition has got any smaller since becoming a mum, it's just become much more intentional.
I'm less interested in climbing for the sake of it and much more interested in building something that's aligned with the life I actually want. From the outside that might look like I've "slowed down", but in reality I feel more driven than ever.
I wonder how many women minimise their ambition simply because it no longer looks the way society expects it to.
