I think I’m a borderline people pleaser - have moments of self-doubt when the need to see myself through the eyes of others as a good person is on the forefront. It was very insightful to read about your journey, I agree - small steps are much better at making a real change. For me it was to notice when I start to rely on others for my self-worth. I need to have the radar on at all times, I guess it’s a life long process.
